    You think the hatred for Saban is bad? If Miles announces he's leaving before the end of the season people will go nuts. Man I hope he takes the high ground and waits till after whatever bowl game we go to.

    Is it even remotely possible that Miles could leave and his replacement be in place soon and yet there is NO ANNOUNCEMENT until after the bowl game?

    Could that many people keep such a thing quiet for nearly two months?

    I'm hoping CLM stays at LSU, but couldn't blame him for taking his "dream job". But I agree that he would be absolutely vilified if his leaving cost LSU a NC.

    What a mess that would be!

    Seems to me that we can count on CLM to do whatever he does with class. Hope he doesn't make a liar out of me....:eek:ldskule:

    Really dont understand all the spurrier love here....he's in his 60's and Im not really sure how much longer he is gonna coach.

    And LSU was one of them. This is why you never, never, never let a coach who has taken another job continue to coach the team any longer. It's bad for the team, bad for recruiting, and bad for the coach, too.

    I know. I would figure him to at least wait until after the bowl. Perhaps UM is pressuring him to announce soon.
