Someone bought my 5 yr old one of those little LSU megaphones that probably cost only a few dollars. I was surprised at how much it actually amplified his voice and wondered if they were allowed at college athletics. I would assume they are and it could intensify Tiger Stadium's roar significantly if even a quarter of the fans had them.

If they're legal, maybe you guys can get a movement going because I'm a little too old now to be "that guy" yelling through a mini megaphone. If others have them, I'll join in.

Or would that just cheapen Tiger Stadium because we really don't need "artificial" noise(?). Now that I think about it, why mess with a good thing? Tiger Stadium is already the loudest in the country if it's a night game against a quality opponent. It would just be so tempting to hear how loud it could get.

Well it looks like you talked your way through that one so I will only add that I would make the kid play with his mini megaphone outside! I am sure your wife would greatly appreciate it! :)
