I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep and I was hungry. Not much in the house to fix quickly. I had one link of Manda's pork sausage and some potatoes. Sliced up the sausage and put it in the skillet and grated a potato and mixed with onions and garlic and put black pepper on it. To my horror I was out of Tony Chacherie's. Instead sprinkled some Zatarain's powdered crab boil I had bought for a crawfish boil that got rained out. A little different but very good.
Oh Lord! How can you run out of Tony's???? I use a lot. Toney's is 94% salt. I know this because I designed their original conveying equipment.
