    I don't need to comment.

I'll let you guys do it for me.

PS - they also kept Millen as GM

Nepotism does not work. If his SIL does not work out, it will be tough to fire family. He will probably end up doing that but not as soon as he should, and it could lead to family problems. Just not a good idea.

Even further proof that Detroit has ZERO drive by it's administration to win.

Millen's the worst damn GM in NFL history. ...and it's more of a joke to hire family to your coachign staff because if he doesn't produce, there's no way family will fire family and it ultimately will cost both of them their jobs.

I mean this as a serious post...How does Millen still have a job? I mean, is he best friends with someone in the organization. Does he have a 22 million dollar buyout? I can't seem to figure it out.

It's absolutely hilarious that you're 100% right. And it's not even close. Even the Saints/Bucs/Texans can't rival his performance.

And I have no idea how a coach hires a relative and expects to be taken seriously. Even making the guys fly the red eye for a game (like he did earlier this year) will not make them think he's a tough guy. They'll just think he's an idiot.
