Wow, we need personnel and scheme changes.

    Well shiver me timbers.

do you think that maybe its time to try out some of the young guys on the offensive line. when watching that game over again, Florida was getting pressure rushing 3. I dont care who you are, 3 people should never get past 5. What young guys other than Chris Faulk do we have on the offensive line who have red shirts right now? And if someone can do a better job and help now, do you burn red shirts?

I would like to see what Lonergan can do at center. I thought he was going to win the job in the Spring. I wonder if that was a major mistake by this coaching staff in player evaluation.

Not generally on the offensive line, there is just so much to learn. Almost all of them need that redshirt year. And especially not with just a half season remaining. We have some sophomores and redshirt freshmen that could be seeing some time, though.

Thats part of the problem, Miles sticks with players for far too long. If you sit someones a$$ down they will either step up or stay sitting. Competition breeds improvements all the way around. Lee and McCray were both put in situations they shouldnt have been in, they should have been sitting a lot sooner than they were. As in sitting I dont necessarily always mean not starting, but being replaced in the game at times.

In line up changes we also need to get Shepard in there a lot more. Also Jones should be returning punts, not Holliday. Holliday is better at KO returns.

id bet you dont see big differences in who plays (except for lee), but the packages, alignments and play calls will be different.

I don't think he is looking to replace starters anywhere, just personnel in certain packages. Maybe reward the players that are making plays with more playing time. As far as o-line goes, while everyone else seems to think it is a problem, including myself, I don't recall Les calling out the blocking very much this season. So I certainly don't see significant changes there unless its because of injury, at least that my opinion.

I think we'll see more of Lee and Shepard. I also think that the offensive line get shuffled. Something ain't working. Either new players or switching positions.

Les is on record about the pass blocking.
