Bottom line is if there is a problem at the qb position, then the recruiting needs to get better for that position, not for the lack of trying. If you make a mistake on this, what does it cost you? Will you come back on this forum and admit you were wrong? Here is a hypothetical: Les starts Lee today and he goes back to throwing pick-sixes. How many of thoes does it take before you as a fan start complaining about why did Les make a change, JJ never threw pick-sixes like that. Everyone knows including Les by his own words that the QB play has got to get better, to play with the likes of Florida and Alabama. I just trust a coach who has won a NC over a fan base. I was not debating what the goal of every game, every season is for every team in America. The difference between a military commander and Les Miles is quite obvious but in the military you don't keep doing something that does not work because many times it is a one shot deal. Meyers and Saban after today know exactly what they must do to win, Les Miles does not have a clue. My point is the trend on LSU offense that has become the norm is about to run its course. LSU will once again be the "star" of ESPN highligts today for game management in the last minutes just like Ole Miss last year. If not for the penalty..............:geaux:
