So does this mean that Miles isn't smart enough to distinguish between a good thought and stupidity? Miles makes more money in a week than most of us do in a year to be a football coach. With that in mind I expect him to actually BE a football coach. I really don't think that is too much to ask, I really don't.

 

With the right OC, this team should absolutely MAUL the competition.

If you put up enough points, the last few seconds should involve kneeling in the "Victory" formation, not rushing to get off a last-second FG for a close win.

CLM should replace his OC. And probably will - but we all know he won't fire him in the middle of a season. He'll handle Crowton in the same way he handled the dual DC's last season. And I think he'll bring in someone who will do a better job.

Maybe I'm dreaming, but I think the Mississippi Meltdown will be the beginning of a new - and better - era for LSU football.
