FSU has had terrible teams last couple of years, they 1st blamed it on assistant coaching. Well they upgraded each year at the assistant level. Now they have our old OC Jimbo, the master-mind, the "Chris Angel" of College Football. Well after 1 game, the so called "experts" are calling FSU's last few recruiting classes dismal. Well according to Rivals.com, they mopped up from 2004 till now. And even Drew Weatherford was a 4star guy, with Xaiver Lee a 5star...well either one of two things are going on here...either FSU talent scouts are blind and deaf, or Rivals star rating isn't quite the measuring stick everyone thinks it is. In 2004, FSU signed 16 - 4star players and 1 - 5star...Clemson's 2004 class had 1 - 4star player...the rest 3stars or less. Quote from ESPN.com Tommy Bowden has now won four of the last five games against his father. "But all the high-priced coaches in the world can't save Bowden's dynasty if FSU doesn't get more talented players. If FSU learned anything Monday night it's that it no longer has the best players in the country. Heck, the Seminoles didn't even have the best players on the field against Clemson." Rivals.com vs Scout.com Honestly, Scout.com is a better measuring stick vs real world athletic ability. Multiple recruits that are 4star on Rivals, are rated 3stars on scout.com. So dose that mean that our 3star players are actually 2stars? Well if you look at the top 5 teams of the last 5 years, that's the home of the real 4star and 5star athlete's. So don't buy into the whole "Rivals dose not think we are having a good recruiting year" talk. Proof is in the top 5 every year.
