Chavis has been on a downward spiral since 2011. Statistics got worse each season and have continued that trend in College Station. Aggie fans still delusional and wanting to blame Sumlin. Meanwhile Chavis finds himself in the same situation in College Station with Sumlin on and off the hot seat that he was in while still here with Miles.
I hate to say it, and it is mean spirited, but . . . I liked watching him squirm up there in the box.
Ya but the past 2 seasons Chavis has said PUBLICLY "this is the best defense I have ever coached" That's a backhanded slap to LSU. Then our offense goes and breaks School records on that "great defense". Coach Chavis can eat a bag of dicks
Good coaches figured him out when he was in tenn. it's call 3rd and Chavis for a reason. I put a lot of those gump losses on him.
He was just trying to motivate his players, and maybe take a shot at LSU. It's fine, he's gonna be moving out soon enough.
