Most fans still are miserable, that goes for every team, in every sport. You have the good fans, the bad fans, the true fans, and the t-shirt fans. There is no whining on this thread, simply reminding us what made us love this team & school to begin with. I have grown up watching my dad pace in front of the tv saturday evenings pissed off egardless of the score board, regardless of our record. But one thing that stands out, and stand to this day, Is we could have been 2-6 on the year, but that man was just excited to watch the next game as he was the 1st of the season!
herein lies the problem. you still need to grow up. and stop letting how other fans feel affect your enjoyment of the games. damn it, if you want to take credit for being a good fan, get out there and smile in the face of a miserable fanbase. Fake your enjoyment to the best of your ability!
2 Things, 1) I am no old man rivers, like yourself - I guess you are not grown up until you reach your 60's - 20 years of LSU faithful must not be enough to say Ive seen the good, the bad, and the ugly 2) I'll smile in the face of angry fans all day. However I cant answer all thier questions, and some do serve up pretty valid points. All I can do is try to pump them back up, to remember why we tune in to begin with. Because regardless of how pissed off they are, they will be watching saturday night - you know why - BECAUSE THEY STILL CARE! You seem more miserable than anybody tirk, how are you feeling???
