The 1st half was just as bad, really if you watch the offense, they really couldn't move the ball effectively.

There was a quick sequence of plays that happened that turned it from 7-10 to 30-10.

Seriously? He is the biggest home-run threat we have. He needs more than 5 carries a game. That is a fact. I'm not saying he needs to be running the ball 25 times a game, but this is ridiculous. We had no offense in the second half and he was nowhere to be found. Hell, his TDs was one of the few bright spots in the first half. You give him touches and he will break a big play. FACT.

It should have been done at the end of last year.

Not going to help your offense.

If you run that sweep and the wildcat, everyone knows what is coming... he is kind of a liability unless he has the ball running. I think the wildcat crap is overhyped.

I just don't see him as an every down player, I just don't know what you do with him.

It simply cannot be done that way. Other coaches won't want to touch LSU with a ten-foot pole.

We'll see, I am not ready to judge this whole year off of one game, but I kind of called last year... I like some of the small changes Crowton has done but as a whole he seems like he just picking plays that have no structure... the team has no bread and butter really... it's just slop... some of the slop sticks but most of it doesn't.

The first pass was a little high. He could have caught it but it was high. The second drop was when he got drilled right as the ball arrived.

Shepard not getting the ball in the 2nd half is the definition of the Keiland Williams treatment. Keiland Williams was forgotten in the 2nd half of games.

This is all true, but regardless, those two plays ended two drives and gave the ball back to UNC. Neither of those were impossible plays to make. The pass that was high was in both of his hands, and he's going to get hit when he catches the ball. He's going to have to learn to hold on.

I feel like he is a man without a position. Yeah, that one would have been tough, but he has dropped quite a few balls between the end of the last year, the spring game and now this game. Even if he caught it, it just doesn't seem right somehow.

I tell you what? I would like to see him in person because he doesn't look 6'1 out there.

I just don't know what you do with him, we'll see.
