The problem is, I can't speak for "Bama fans."I have no control over those you chose to listen too. My pro miles position has been much kinder then many on this subject. I think Miles is guilty of getting away from what worked through the NC season. I still believe more then some that he will have success getting back to that success. Qualifying my comments as "cleverly subtle" might be more about frustration and less about what's actually being said by me.
Your position is only "kind" because he's our coach and not yours. Yay, let's say nice things about Les Miles but leave undertones of arrogance by basically saying, "Les Miles would be fired after his last two seasons had he been at Bama." We get it.
Miles made the mistake of not getting a proven DC when Pelini left. LSU doesn't need to train a DC - go hire one with experience. Losing Perriloux didn't do good things for the O. I'm feeling good about this year, as Jefferson has a year behind him. The O line looks better. Chief will have the D ready. Pay back time is here.
To quote Shlomo "You're bragging this?" LOL, that's going out on a limb. I am properly ecstatic you think so. So I am poorly suited to qualify your statements, but you can qualify mine? That's rich. :insane:
While it is the coach's primary job to win as many games as possible, what he does on his off time reflects on the university. I'm proud of Miles, and Dick Cheney can sum up my feelings to Shep Smith:milesmic:
