Then you will be taking the losses that go along with a brainless QB, just like you will have to take the losses that come with a brainless coaching staff.
There was 27 seconds from the time TT caught the ball till JJ tried to spike the ball. That is 2 seconds longer than the play clock last year. Fact is... Coaching staff was not prepared and JJ did not have enough maturity or football awareness to realize you can't spike the ball with 1 second left.
Our only option was to throw the ball into the endzone and hope one of our receivers comes down with it. Nope. We spike the ball. Our problem started on 1st down at the 30 or 32..... Dumbass Crowton. I was thinking "We need 5 more yards for a 40/42 yard try". :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
If you don't snap the ball you get a delay of game, and a 5 yard penalty. Plenty of time to get your field goal unit on the field while the penalty is being assessed.
No the clock starte when the chains are set. this is completely wrong. But it was over 20 seconds between the whistle and when they got the chains set. Plenty of time to get the FG team out there to kick it.
If Miles doesn't recover it's because the LSU fans won't let it happen. Why can't ya'll accept the fact that the bayou bengals aren't the team of a few years ago. Miles is doing a good job with the talent he has. Great athletes aren't always talented football players. At least he had LSU in a position to win and he competes every game. Even if he is the 3rd or 4th best coach in the sec, that is pretty darn good. Give a good man a reasonable chance to succeed. It is just going to take a few recruiting classes to get there.:yelwink2:
Delay of game?????? once the ball is set the freakin time would have run out just like it did when he spiked it!
