Can you imagine if Saban were at Notre Dame? It's not that far fetched. I'd be overly surprised if they didn't have more money than Alabama, and their tradition is at least on par. That would be the first time in recent history that ND might actually belong in the title conversation again. I wouldn't be surprised to see them make Nicky an offer in the next five years or so.
I can tell you this, years ago I registered on to a Bama board (I'm pretty sure it was BamaOnline). I made 1 very well-written post that was very objective and even asked a few questions about the Bama team that LSU was to play in a couple of weeks. A few moments later I went back to look at some of the responses. BANNED. I was banned just for being an LSU fan. It just goes to show you how awesome LSU fans are and how great TigerFan.com is to listen to @TUSKtimes suck Coach Saban off and everyone takes it in stride. I think it's a testament to how great we are and how much of a pile of fucking dogshit Bama folks are.
We beat them once in their house in 2011, and we're still banned from their boards like Tidefans. Bunch of pussies, couldn't handle the reality of a loss to LSU. I agree with everything you say. True fans can man up after a loss and still move forward. Bama fans just ban them and continue to live in their own fantasy world. No, we are still going to spend quality time together. As you mentioned, you want to come with me and my Cajun friends on an air boat going around slaughtering gators and you can take me to drink beer at the KMart parking lot on a Friday night after the high school football game.
