With your argument you apparently agree with the fact that the LSU made Saban, not the other way around, . Regardless Saban was a better coach when he left LSU than when he arrived. He started out with a program that was in a lot worse shape at LSU than he did at Bama. I would agree that your perfect storm conditions were a lot better at Bama than they were in Baton Rouge. You're a fool if you don't believe that there are programs that are in a lot better shape than Bama was in 2006, that Saban could turn into a championship team in short order.
I sense we are going to be good friends. Every stop along life's journey has made Saban a better coach. Les wasn't doing at okie lite what he is turning out at his latest coaching stop. There are specific reasons. The perfect storm requires once in a lifetime opportunities. If I get too specific beyond that red will come by and call me a homer. That hurts. Lots of teams had better circumstances than Bama in 2007. But the tradition and facilities and football culture is beyond anything coach Saban has seen or experienced or could compare. Now, you will never allow that to emotionally sound down and sink in. You see no advantage in it. Being on the other side of a fierce rivalry, we might as well just agree it's the perfect storm. Probably as close as we get.
He's just trolling you guys. You can be smug and a prick when your team keeps winning rings. Don't worry, he will get it 1000x times worse next time LSU gets their ring.
Not really, that requires Bama to have lost in which case he will be in self-imposed exile. Bama never loses, they just unwin.
And when the have the benefit of an easy schedule, SEC HQs in their back yard, and getting more than their fair share of the benefit of doubt from SEC officials.
