People can make fun of that as much as they want, but when the talking heads were discussing who should play OSU in the championship game after that Saturday of great upsets, more than one sportscaster used the "undefeated in regulation" argument. The man's crazy like a fox--and he actually has the perfect personality for all of us crazy Louisiana folks.

I looove that one...it made me look at my husband and ask, "did he just say, did he just..on TV?? did he say???..." who, mind you, could not answer me, b/c Jack Daniels was spewing from his nose due to the fits of laughter I also enjoy the little laugh after the fake field goal vs South Carolina, after they made the TD....and he just chuckles...too freakin' funny
very wise man indeed, started at the beginning of the season w/ his comments about USC and Alabama...kept his name and LSU's in people's minds and therefore they talked about LSU....the more people heard it, the more they LIKED it...it does have an awful nice ring to it though!!
1)i liked at the end of his speech after the sec cg (the "i can't be two places at once part") just the end when he said "i'm at home." 2)also when he was at Okie st he said something along the lines of "we'll play any sucker out there..." (it could've possibly been after an oklahoma loss) 3) my own little les miles drinking game whenever he speaks is to drink every time he says "football team". i'll apologize in advance for the hangover.:hihi:
yeah unfortunately there was no quote involved but my favorite les moment was him watching the screen after the colt davif fake fg vs carolina. that was priceless.
