Les Miles to ride in Bacchus

I don't think it's been mentioned on here, but the Golden Band from Tigerland will be leading Rex.

First time I'll be missing Mardi Gras in years... I would love some of those Bacchus beads.

 

Nice!!! Anybody else have any other reason to make me sad that I won't be there? Anybody!!??

 

Yall who cant make it dont be too disapointed. The weather has been misrable lately and it may not get better for the weekend.

Of course the mud just makes chasing the chicken more fun!

 

Bush league tribute. If we were going to honor him he could at least go to the original Mardi Gras in Mobile. You coonass posers. :wave::wave: I kid. Cool honor.

i never heard this until like a year or two ago but some bammer or barner was talking about how mardi gras was better in mobile because they had the "original" mardi gras.

i told him princeton and rutgers played in the first football game but i wouldn't be expecting any trophies for those schools anytime soon.

anyway, i won't be able to be there, but it sure would be cool to see Les on a float.
