Les can talk like a normal person without a camera in his face. I didn't hear any milesisms at all. I wonder why he sounds so diffrent at press conferences and interviews. By the way, les can really fire up a team. He makes me want to go hit someone myself.

I have been one to question his judgement/sanity on many occasions, but I like the guy. He seems like the type of person who would go into the trenches with you, then buy you a beer to toast the victory.
