Les has made some good hires. As a AD he wouldn't be able to dictate the offense play by play the way he did here. Of course, with the money he had to hire assistants I could make some great hires too.
He might take a mid-major program for a couple of years and wait for Mich to open up. Harbaugh wears out his welcome pretty much everywhere, and he will want to go back to the NFL at some point.
I don't think he would no matter what. That ship has sailed and the campus would revolt if Miles was named Harbaugh's successor.
He would if he turns around a mid-major and takes them to a decent bowl game in a few years. They will look back on his recruiting classes at LSU and his winning percentage, to include the fact that he has beaten Meyer even when Meyer had Tebow, and they will be willing to take a chance.
