I like to believe that in this world all things are possible, but I don't see Miles leaving Baton Rouge. First, right now LSU would probably match or exceed any reasonable offer made to him to keep him in town. Second, but at least as important, I don't think Les wants to leave. Baton Rouge is where his kids grew up and the man certainly seems to be all about family. Third, whether it's an act for the media or not, Les seems to be a genuinely weird dude. He just fits in Louisiana, the same way that Rob Ryan fits in New Orleans. And I just don't think any other place would tolerate his innate weirdness. Not exactly disagreeing with you, but I'd lay money it was written by some student intern in the Sports Information office.
If he wears a zipped up windbreaker for day games in September here what would he have to wear in late November in Michigan?
Slow talkin' does not mean slow thinking'. I bet that Les wrote it. I suspect that the athletic department had an editor proof it, as well. That is SOP for anything that is going to the press.
Les has passed on two chances to return to Michigan already. He wants to leave a Schembechler-type legacy of his own at LSU and he is well on his way to doing it. Why would he start over at this point in his career?
On his radio show last night a caller asked Les who the best dropback passer was. Les responded "A guy named Clise." I looked at the roster and there is a Jake Clise listed at QB. Only info on Clise is he is a 6'2" 202 pound freshman from Baltimore and wears #13
There is at least one unnecessary comma in your post. Perhaps they should pay more attention to you Again, no way Les wrote that. Unless of course that kid that saved his nephew from drowning said so.
