I don’t think Les will have problems poaching staff because of his rep as a loyal boss and all around good guy to work for. Not sure if that will translate to elite talent going to KU. We’ll see!
Miles is gonna have him a couple of seasons before he can get anything close to a roster he wants. Kansas uses this thing called blue shirting. I really don't get it and feel free to look it up, but they have spent far too long leveraging their future securing low end talent. He is gonna have to keep greening the grass with beer before he can unravel that mess. Wish him luck, but he got himself a mess for at least a couple of seasons.

Nothing wrong with transfers....Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray were both transfers. It’s not that there are transfers, it’s who the transfers are. BTW I think Joe Burrow has been a good transfer with potential to be great.
