BATON ROUGE, La. -- Joe Alleva and F. King Alexander answered the biggest question on Saturday night, giving Les Miles the option to return as LSU’s head coach.

That does not mean, however, that LSU’s football program in 2016 will closely resemble the one that just completed a rocky November. In fact, it would be a major upset if Miles’ staff remains intact.

The question is how deep the changes will go since both coordinators and special teams coach Bradley Dale Peveto faced as much criticism as their head coach during the Tigers’ recent slump.

Brandon Harris regressed as the season continued.

I wouldn't be the least bit shocked if Cam stays and Miles simply says we're going to get the ball to the RBs and TEs better.

Doesn't really matter b/c we all know this isn't cam making the calls, it's our HC/OC.

I think we need to make a drinking game, every time we do that stupid pitch backward to our RB, take a shot. (Every one would be hammered before the first 10 mins of the damn game.)

Cam's contact is up with no extension, almost certain he'll be gone, not that it matters. In a sane world Peveto would spend the rest of his coaching career at a 2A high school, but after the last 2 weeks, absolutely nothing would surprise me.

Miles said there would be changes in the staff in the same line with the "no overhaul" thing was said. Like some have said in this thread Cam Cameron's contract is up, he will be gone. And you know what. GOOD!!!! He may not run the offense, he may not be the real OC, or OG for that matter, but he is directly responsible for having Brandon Harris ready and Harris still aims, throws off his back foot, has terrible footwork, can't read a defense and constantly has to "check with me" he has no pocket awareness, and these are all things Cam Cameron is responsible for. Bye Cam, don't come back.

A lot of it is instinct but you can instruct a quarterback to have an internal timer.

Think about how Cameron was kind of a hot ticket item after the 2013 season, now, not so much.

Agree.........probably why he has the word "fired" on his resume' in so many places. I have never liked it when coaches that have been fired multiple times, put in the same position to get fired again. The secret to this deal is to find the next up and coming guy. TCU already looks like they will lose Meachum to a HC job, and Cumbie is now in cross hairs of Texas. Had them 2 years, but they blew out some light bulbs in scoreboards everywhere.
