Totally different dynamics. Shula was determined he was going to be the offensive coordinator. He refused to hire and manage the best OC money could buy. He already had one of the best DC. When he couldn't get the team out of the "Jumbo Package" much less playing passionate football, he was history. Decent recruiter and inherited NCAA restrictions. Just didn't have the vision to see, or adjust. All in all, it worked out for the best.:hihi:
Then sit on the parade ground and drink a bottle of Strawberry Hill wine. $.79 a bottle. No chit, 79 cents - good cheap fun times
It did work out well for yall. So were you in favor of moving out Shula - even before knowing who the new coach would be? Time to go catch your answer tomorrow. Good luck against 'Ole Ball' this weekend.
Yeh Boones Farm! And lots of it!! No choice only coins in my pocket and a Friday night date. The absolute worst hangovers of my life. When your 19 and the hangover hurts that bad - its bad stuff; well it would kill me now. But we did have our fun. I would do it all over again - even knowing the hangover was coming.
Geaux Tigers We all want LSU to win despite the Coach. But the bottom line is Miles and Crowton sucks and we are sick and tired of it. It's at the point now where the games are not even fun any more because of them two clowns.
I will always pull for LSU to win. I just hope Miles doesn't do anything to further hinder our chances.
