The title of the thread is Miles is making me Sick, not "I Hate Les Miles" you certainly must know the difference. When something is broken you have to address it to get it fixed not Rah, Rah, Rah, go team. We have top recruits, top coaches, and we have just been blown away by an unranked average team running a superior spread option offense.

It was an embarrassment that Miles wasted the first 3.9 games on an old game plan with a QB that is regressing and no where near the talent of Harris. Per Miles own assessment Harris wins 10-of-10 times head-to-head competitions from the spring game to the fall. It cost the university millions to lose to MSU and drop in the rankings. It also cost in terms of recruiting and the NFL futures of the players on the team who are being underutilized.

We are last in the SEC WEST, 12th in the SEC in scoring and 11th in yds per game, and that is with the 2 cupcake teams we played. Moo State was the weakest team in the West. They have 2 and 3 star talent. "Miles is Making Me Sick" and I am sure that a lot of the top recruits wish they had not fallen for the progressive pitch he gave them. If they had known how they would be utilized I know they would have gone to the modern offenses that best highlight their talent. As soon as the game was over we lost a recruit to OU (a spread option team who beat ALA with a FR QB and half dozen FR 3 Star DBs) and Moo State picked up commits.

We are so far behind A&M, AUB, and ALA, in offense, ranking, and recruiting, and with the two Miss schools ahead in ranking and offense we all should be concerned and not take this personally. I have been an LSU alumni for decades and I support TAF.

Miles needs to do what Saban did, turn over the offense to someone who is not Defensive minded and hire spread option experts to tell him why he cannot stop Dak Prescott with 5 WR just like they could not stop Harris with 5 WR. Cam can do the job but Miles is making this year all about Miles like he does not want to cede the spotlight to the Team. If Jennings had not been injured forcing Miles to send Harris into the game for 2 minutes we would have dropped out of the top 25, but Harris rallied the team miraculously and made the score respectable. Just think what he could have done with 15 minutes and the O and D responding to him.

I was offered a high six figure job in the corporate world a few yrs ago to tell BP that what they were doing wrong could be improved by doing it faster and more efficiently. I told them, no, I cannot do that because what you are doing is out of date and needs change. If you have a concern about a point, discuss it. Miles is NOT representing the best interests of LSU by refusing to play Harris. If Miles is making you happy and you want to support him when he is wrong and keep losing fine. Me, I want him to wake up, give Harris a start and realize like everyone else, D does not win the SEC. You have to have a high scoring offense to spread the field and open up the game for the D and O. Playing from behind, getting slow starts, and winning or losing the big games by 3-5 pts, has been a problem for Miles. Cam and the spread option with some HUNH package plays can fix that. The QBs do not have to stop every play and get a new one sent in from the sideline, and rushing LF into a 9 man DL is a danger to him, beside the fact that the 2015 recruits and media are watching how we are wasting the top recruit in the nation. I am sorry if anything I said offends you or anyone on this fine board.
