Hate to break it to you but Rivers is shit, and Rettig won't play unless he goes to some community college. The Keil dunce had no sack, and Anthony Jennings is a good quarterback.
@lsutiga is correct. While the tweet was in fact wrong by the "team" standard it was epic. I know you won't like it Tiga because you are firmly attached to the balls of the village idiot but; regardless if this was in fact the real B. Harris or not is not important. What is important is that someone did it and it is getting press. Press = heat. The more heat the better at this point.
Wait what did he tweet? I haven't listened or watched or paid attention to any college football stuff since Saturday night other than what I've seen here.
Elliot Porter didn't start at center last year and I'm pretty sure having a 3000 yard QB and 2 1000 yard wide receivers had a little to do with the line and Hill's success as well. When you can sling it, teams don't load the box, making it a lot easier to run block and run.
You know tap, in about 99% of instances I'd agree with you here. If you want more playing time then earn it. I get it. In this case it is a little different because anyone with a football IQ larger than their shoe size knows that Harris is the QB. Well, all of them except for 1. Possibly 2 depending on which one you think should start.
I'm telling you Harris will not participate in any more than 25 % of the offensive snaps Saturday night. Les thinks Jennings needs the extra PT in this game so he can lead us to a 6-6 record and be bowl eligible.
Doesn't matter whether he's a starter or not, but he damn sure deserves more than just 2-3 series a game.
I get it, "the start" is vastly overrated. I guess what I mean is he should be "THE QB" because if this team is going to do anything productive it will be with him under center. Does it matter if AJ goes out 1st and takes the first snap, the first series and then we get Harris? Meh it's negligible. You and I both know that miles has hitched his wagon to Jennings and 25 lbs of C-4 couldn't dislodge it now. That my friend is the problem. He is a stubborn man and rather than admit he may have gotten it wrong he will instead force the wrong decision and hope that it justifies his stance.
