Not going to argue semantics. I think we're all quite angry about this loss tonight b/c of horrible trends on defense and clock management, not to mention what occurred on offense. I think we can all agree that we want LSU to win every damn game. Over and out.
Please, let's not go there AGAIN!!!! LSU did nothing to cause Saban to leave; he left by choice, and I refuse to play the "if only" game where that little fuckin' leprechaun is concerned.
one thing is for sure, we shouldn't be still talking about clock management issues. that kind of stuff just can't happen, especially if it's something that you are kind of known for.
I was actually on the fence at the beginning of the season when I made my prediction on our record. But when all the injuries started coming in on Ole Miss' side, I thought there was no way we could play so poorly as to lose this game. Maybe not win in the fashion we were hoping, but certainly not losing the game altogether.
I forget where I said this now -- seems like LSU thought it could waltz in there tonight and pencil in a W just by showing up. All we heard the entire week was how beat up Ole Miss was. If that's the case, then you do have to put that on the coaching staff.
the O-line was horrendous in it's pass protection scheme and that should not have been the case, based on Ole Miss' injuries that's on Cam Cameron not being prepared for what was to come from a rag tag bunch of guys laying it out all on the line
