Is this in the same year or over a number of years? I feel like we pick apart every loss now because it doesn't happen so often, so it hurts more when it happens.
I get what you guys are saying, that a L is a L. I cant argue that a loss hurts either way. My only argument to that is simply Im tired of the debacle that comes at the end of EVERY halve and the same scheme at the end thats cost us the last four losses. There is no excuse for a man making millions of dollars to be making the same mistakes when it comes to clock management every single damn game. Its like Miles has become aloof. Its worse than ever. The trend of losing games at the end has to change. When a scheme is easily picked apart in two games thats on Chavis and should have been addressed. Now that its four its on Miles IMO. If we go out and play LSU football, show signs of improvement and lose to a better team then Im fine with that loss. No issue, however when there is the same mistakes over and over then I take issue. My cousin said something that is really making me think. He says Miles appears content. He is the only coach who wears his ring every game. You dont see other coaches constantly showing off their ring. Does he still have the fire or is he going through the motions. I know he has the emotional bond to his players and LSU. I truly love that about Miles. Like Ive said, I have nothing against the man Les Miles.
Les Miles and LSU will be fine. This is a low water mark. Y'all deluded yourselves if you thought they were going to be national champions this year. The offense and defense are not equal this year. The defense will be better next year and and the offense will be taken care of with Cameron. People are over reacting like a bunch of Al Gores making a catastrophic global warming movie. All shock value.
