Miles has been in The Wall Street Journal & The New York Times & every sports publication in America this year. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/10/21/sports/ncaafootball/21lsu.html?_r=2&ref=sports
I know it goes with the territory but THAT is what I've always sympathized with him/coaches on most. THIS must make it very easy for him to splain 'em how much validity there is in what fans say and how it's just "fans". This is up there with the first. I feel for the players cause I know they hear it. Yesterday I was picking up something at a local little grocery store and the guy behind me tells another guy, "Whatchu think will happen this weekend?" Then goes on to whisper, "Maybe they'll lose the next 5 and we can get rid of him." Wanted to turn around and tell him what a real fan he was but he was an elderly man so I figured me phucking up his day wouldn't make it any better since Miles didn't hear anyway.
With a 58-15 record, it'd take a felony to get rid of Miles. But i'm all for cleaning house on the offensive side of the ball minus BillyG, and starting over there. Crowton and his cronies have used LSU for going on 3 seasons now as a welfare check.
Nothing to really say about this than what has already been said. But I'll say my part anyway ............ some folks are just unhappy in life and be careful because sometimes you get what you ask for.
They could retain them both, as I agree about Wilson and BillyG imo has made a pretty decent impact on our WRs in his first season here... but I am still hoping Crowton gets a pink slip in his stocking.
