And both schools have been a shell of their former selves since then.

and I knew that someone would make that comment eventually

and with good reason.....be careful what you wish for

although Harbaugh will have Michigan a perennial power again, so it ultimately has more to do with making the right decision on the new hire...it's the risk you take

Michigan got their guy though. They had their sights set and they wouldn't take no for an answer, and kept on. I just don't see LSU getting their top choice, and we will have blown this whole thing up and end up having to settle for someone. I don't see this turning out well, I hope I'm wrong. Not that I'm saying Miles is at the end of his ropes because I feel the honeymoon has been over and LSU fans and administration has been sleeping in a separate bedroom from Miles for awhile now.

Exactly. I'm not saying that it's not time for a change. It is. I just hope we get the right guy, but seeing how it's been handled to this point doesn't really inspire a lot of confidence.

It seems clear that Jimbo is their top choice, not only do I not like it, I don't think they get him either.

Jimbo isn't running a stellar program down at Fla State. Just say no to Jimbo.

I like it if we can get him. He should be able to win right away. If we don't I say give Herman a chance. But they probably won't.

Did you talk with your guy after this post? I'm referencing the message in another thread where u say Jimbo's their guy, and they have him wrapped up. BengalB says he's heard the same.
