This is one of the best articles I've read in a really long time, on any subject. This guy deserves an award. Miles sounds like the most genuine men in the business. The debate will forever be Miles vs. Saban, who is the best coach, but for me, I would rather Miles for all of these reasons. I love that he takes the time to enjoy gameday & he makes winning fun for the team & the fans. Saban barely smiled when he hoisted the crystal ball. He's a disturbed human being. Sorry for mentioning him.
what an Article. Les Miles is a class act. Im soooo happy we have him in BR. BTW i have a feeling LSU would win big.

that entire article was full of goodness. As I was reading I kept thinking this is my favorite part yet it kept getting better. this is excellent work by this Wright Thompson fella. Was as good as a novel/biography in many aspects.

You think ESPN would film a spot with Nick Saban where Lee Corso was asking Nick about what's the best grass to eat? What you see with Les is what you get. And I'm damn grateful we've got him. And I'll be the first to admit, I wasn't saying that in the early days of his tenure with LSU. But damn, I've come to realize what a hell of a coach we've got. His players seem to love and respect him and the results are showing on the field. Les, you'e won me over. I'd be proud to go to war with you leading the way. Now, just lead us to a W Saturday night.
