LSU had one timeout left when the Bama receiver appeared to trap the ball at the LSU 26.

Any coach with sense uses their last timeout to give the replay booth time to call for a replay.

Game changer. It would have been 13 seconds left and the ball at the LSU 48.

4.3 million dollars doesn't go as far as it used to.

Anybody else screaming at your TV screen for Les to call a timeout there? I know of several smart posters on here I would expect to chime in.

I was screaming for a timeout but it doesn't matter. It was a catch.

Not sure if it would have been overturned, but you MUST use your timeout in that situation.

The other stupid decision by Miles was to have his all world QB (utterly facetious, yes) open up the passing game with under a minute to go at our own 30 yard line. I definitely thought before that series started that we should run out the clock. It cost us 3 valuable points. Game situation there dictates you run out the clock based on how the game was playing out.

He definitely should have called the timeout. It certainly looked like a trap to me. Quinn had one nearly identical to that called a trap.

Pretty sure they have a coach in the booth watching video, advising whether or not a play should be challenged. Looks like our coach gave good advice. Catch or no catch, there wasn't enough video to overturn it. My only problem with coaching calls last night was with Cam pulling LF at the end of the game.

I told my daughter the same thing when it was happening. She even agreed.

Or go ballz to the wall with passing in OT. Who would've guessed we'd pass all 4 times.

Les said in his postgame remarks that the booth told them it was a catch.
