Stop with your BS. You are so all over the map, one minute you are saying how great Jefferson is going to be, the next minute you are saying the complete opposite.

What I said last year still holds true, why? Because you can't change a person's DNA, and Crowton is a known horrible OC. Jefferson is a kid with limited throwing ability.

I figured out Crowton's BS in the first 4 games of 2008, he's horrible.

Show me one post where I've promoted Jefferson at all much less say he is great. Just one. You can't do it. You're not paying attention, just waving your arms and shouting "BAD CROWTON" over and over until no one is listening anymore.

"Jarrett Lee is practicing better. He deserves to compete in this process. We're going to continue to evaluate our quarterback position, and frankly we're going to expect more out of the position -- period. I think both those guys can give it to us. Jefferson certainly can. We're going to encourage Lee, because he's a guy who is going to have to win games for us some time.

"Lee's getting better in practice. Jefferson is getting better in games, he just didn't play as well as he is capable of tonight." -- Les Miles

You are right about Lee; I am not sure if there are that many players out there who can stick with it despite the fact that he was thrown into the fire, and had to endure all the harsh criticisms thrown at him by the TIger fans.

I do have a sense that he should have grown mentally, and toughened up. On the other hand I think JL also can sense that this is his chance to finally restart contributing to this team, and he is not going to let it go to waste.

I don't think your comments are meant to be joining the "feeding frenzy". I think everyone is posting because of their frustrations with watching the highly talented offense grossly underachieving in these 2 games (if you take away the explosive contributions by the lone RS)

IF so, I just hope he can offer better consistency.

Do you realize you say those words in almost every one of your posts?

Anyway...I agree that JL just had the one pass, and there's no reason to get carried away about it. BUT...considering the game JJ had, he'd have a short leash next week if I were coach. Like some have suggested...at least ease JL in more and more unless JJ just turns it on. I like the fact that he got in and executed. Maybe this is what he needs to gain some damn confidence. It would have been terrible had he NOT executed. Now, if he gets in the game next week in TS, he won't be greeted by boos.

He will probably be greeted with cheers at the beginning, but Tigerfans have got to be patient with him; I have a feeling the fans will give him a short leash:mad:

Ok, well maybe you were the one that wasn't hitting me over the head when I told everyone Jefferson had limited talent way back in the beginning of 2009 season.

You can listen or not listen that is your choice. I said Crowton's plan for destruction of the offense was completed last year. I knew when I saw Charles Scott running play after play right straight over center in the first 4 game of 2008 that this offense was in for some hard times. I have seen nothing to change my opinion on that matter what so ever.

LSU will be lucky to break into the top 100 in offense this year. With that said, if you have a real OC, Lee has nature ability to throw the ball, Jefferson has very limited ability to throw the ball. Either way, the offense is going to suck until Crowton is removed or demoted. IMHO.
