Lee, Randle, and Shep should transfer if we don't make offensive changes

I've been very consistent in my views on this topic. Russell Shepard is not a natural receiver, at least not yet. He is very dangerous with the ball in his hands. He needs have a "Wild Tiger" package and needs to be the scat back to compliment Ridley. He can catch balls out of the backfield. We can split him out wide, but he needs to run routes that make for easy catches and give him a chance to run after the catch. Arkansas consistently has shallow crossing routes wide open that give the receivers a chance to run after the catch. Why is he running 5 yd out routes and comeback routes? On Randles excellent catch on his post route, Shepard ran a comeback route right behind him. Now I know the play worked but why not let Shepard run a go route there. Their routes were too close.

I recall that play. I recall seeing Shep not block. It isn't only catching that he needs work on.

I say put him in the backfield with Ridley or let him play QB. I'm not kidding.

The dumbest thing I have ever heard. Let's have all our stars transfer and see how we improve for the future. Good call!

Are you kidding? No way Shep, Randel or Lee would transfer. Lee has said time and time again he likes his role and he likes being at LSU. Shep and Randel have nothing to gain by leaving.

Well, to be fair, he didn't say LSU should have it's stars transfer. He said those particular guys should transfer for their own good. He's wrong either way.

I honestly think it's a valid (albeit somewhat selfish) thought. If Miles is never going to change, maybe these guys (for their own personal careers) should consider it. It's looking more and more like CLM will never change anything so that they can showcase their talents, and we all know that these guys need to be noticed for their talents. How are they going to get into the NFL otherwise? Look at our receivers' stats. If you are an NFL scout, do you put them as high on your list as you would if they had great numbers?

Miles has consistently shown that he is willing to sacrifice the offense so as not to be proven wrong on his choice of QB.

Speaking of Lee, he doesn't...and never has had...an NFL future. Speaking of Shep, the only shot he has is at receiver. Clearly, he'll have to have something happen for that to come to fruition. I don't think transferring is the answer though...nor do I think he'd consider it. Randle...ya' got something there.
