Seems like old times.....pre-respectability years, the Saints generally got at least one "mea culpa" phone call from the league office a season. Usually to apologize for a bad call that had a major negative impact on our boys.
That one started off to be a major impact with the Bears getting a TD off of it. But, Payton called that timeout and chewed on the refs the entire time. After that, I think most of those flags got stuck in their pockets. At least thats what a lot of the Chicago board thinks. Payton has earned a lot of respect.
