Whos got the best insight on our depth at LB and what we can expect to see? I have never really kept up with this bunch after Sheppard b/c of the drop off, but I did notice Chavis finally started to get some of the kids he wanted for his system.. Even with Jones out, can we expect to see improvement in this area? From my understanding of Chavis system, LB's in coverage has been a weak point.
You can expect to see improvements, probably around the middle of the season because of the youth, they need game experience. But the talent will be there, look for Debo Jones and Feist to turn some heads right away.
LB has been a weak point in coverage. It will be nice to see a complete package given our strengths at D'line and Secondary.
well like i said the talent is there, Debo and Feist probably can cover with the speed they have. Minter is the guy in the middle, he will be a beast this year. Any team with a good QB and a good tight end may give us problems.
