I'm licensed in FL, AL, TN, GA, MS, and LA. Much like California, Florida's market is JACKED UP right now. The markets are declining across in pretty much every state, but b/c the market was so over-inflated in Florida and California, they are being hit the hardest right now.

Sorry to jack your thread, Mastermind. Back to Latrell......

I guess his tire and rim business ain't doin so hot either.....

I forgot about his Tire and Rim business. You talk about not being financially intelligent.

On Halloween 2004, Sprewell, who was in the final season of a $62-million, five-year deal he signed with the Knicks, said he was insulted by Minnesota' s offer of a contract extension that was reportedly worth between $27 million and $30 million for three seasons. "I've got my family to feed," he said.

What the heck was he feeding them ?:insane:

He's already blown through $62 million? Not to mention what he made before he even signed that contract. Damn, I wish I would've gotten on that gravy train. It's possible that a member of his entourage is doing better than him with the money Spree paid him How's the for irony?

The sad thing is, this is not an isolated case. A lot of these guys go broke no matter how much they make.

well, im sure he's broke because he had to pay taxes during the clinton years.

anyway, he can get work as an alien on some sci-fi show.
