With Ohio State's win, they are done and chillin in the clubhouse. It's kinda like a golfer at the US Open coming in 3 over par waiting for the last 4 golfers (OU, WVU, Kansas, Missouri) who are ahead of them to finish and hope that maybe they can bogey a hole or 2 and give them a shot at the championship. With that, OU is losing and likely will lose (Bradford is out with an injury). WVU is in a bit of tussle with Cincy. They still have UConn next week. Kansas and Mizzou handled their business today but play each other next weekend, so one of them is out. OU still has the ability to beat the winner of Kansas/Missouri. With an OU loss tonite, that takes the Big 12 totally out of the picture. Although if Bradford can't play next weekend, OU could also lose to OSU as well, allowing Texas to play for the Big 12 championship instead. In that case, I think the Kansas/Mizzou winner would win the Big 12 over a shaky Texas team. I don't believe LSU will play the Big 12 champ, because OU will win it, and they will have 2 losses. So that leaves Ohio State or W. Virginia (if W. Virginia can hold on). W. Virginia would remain ahead of Ohio State in the BCS, as their computer poll strength would catch up to that of Ohio States (and their human polls should keep them ahead as well). Could it be LSU vs W. Virginia? A lot of this rides on Bradford's injury. Stay tuned.
With an Oklahoma loss: 1. LSU 2. Kansas 3. Missouri 4. W. Virginia 5. Ohio State 6. Arizona State 7. Georgia 8. Virginia Tech 9. Oregon 10. Oklahoma 11. USC 12. Florida 13. Texas

I go to alot of the WVU home games and I can tell you, they have a hell of an offense. However, their defense sucks. I think it would be an interesting game. Hope it happens. Arizona State is the only other possible opponent. That would require a loss by W. Virginia and some help by the human voters to jump Ohio State. Could happen since they play at USC and at home vs Arizona while Ohio State sits idle both weekends.
I would rather play a team who's strength is running rather than passing. W. Virginia would be a handful however, to say the least.
After seeing what Brent Schaefer did to us today, I can't even begin to think about what Pat White (Former LSU commit), Slaton, Reynaud, and Devine would do to us, if we play the same way. LSU isn't built to stop mobile QB's, we have a very big D-line.
Our defense is obviously battered and bruised from a season in which a single bye week isn't going to allow for much healing. I think after a good month between the SECC and BCS Championship, they'll be the same defense that manhandled Miss St and VT.
