I agree with this. I didn't really know what to expect on how this team would perform, but I didn't expect to lose to MSU, much less for the team to be completely emasculated by them.

We whipped up on Texas A & M in the Cotton Bowl in early 2011. And while, no, we didn't lose a game in the calendar year of 2011, we lost the most important game of the '11 season in January of 2012--which directly has led to 1) the building of Saban's unending, evil empire in Tuscaloosa (before that, Saban and Miles were actually even) and 2) Miles' demise, which led to 3) LSU making the head-scratching hire of a lifetime assistant (and interim coach) whose one actual head coaching gig was one of the worst in the history of the SEC.
