I remember the big hits but I don't recall him being burned deep when he was at LSU on a regular basis.

A-hole or not I could care less, you decapatate me an Alabama QB which he seemed to love to do I will be a fan of yours forever. Like him or not you have to admit he was a major factor in what made our D respected and feared nationally, it was not just our d-line WR's and QB's were scared knowing he was lurking to knock the snot out of you. I only hope loston can help bring some of that respect back next year

I'm pretty sure that Arky receiver is still having nightmares about Chad Jones!

LaRon was just a dirty player. But i loved it. He hits people out of bounds, grabs face masks and throws people out of bounds. He really reminds of Steve Atwater with the way he hits, but he reminds me of Andre Waters with the way he plays. Tell me you wouldn't want Sharper at FS and LaRon at SS for the Saints, man that would be deadly.

Yeah I think he was pretty solid in his early years. Heck he led our team in tackles as a freshman. Later on, he became more of a big hitter and got picked on a little. He didn't give up any big plays really, but I'd say more in the middle of the field type of plays, he got beat. Great college player, but they'll tear you apart in the NFL if you play like that.
