Man come on, you all used to love it when he did the same exact crap at LSU, he always got burned deep, head hunted, and would always stand over the person he blew up. Laron hasn't changed one bit.

 

The only time I didn't see him trash talk is when he was on Henderson. Just gave him a pat on the butt. Little LSU to LSU love. Probably only b/c they played together, not just b/c Henderson was LSU. Anyway, at least he showed a little Tiger love.

 

I thought he was a jerk when he played for LSU.

I was checking out some of the Redskin fan forums the week before the game and they were saying a lot of the same stuff about Landry as you guys are. They said that all he wants to do is put a big hit on someone and gets so aggressive that he gets beat deep a good bit. They fully expected the Saints would burn him once or twice in the game. They were even calling him a bust.

 

he should be a strong safety not a free safety, he is way too aggressive. He reminds me of Steve Atwater, he isn't a bust. I find it funny that Redskins fans are calling one of their leading tacklers a bust when they have Jason Campbell, and Clinton Portis on their roster.

 

No question. I hated when he did it at LSU not because I'm above that or don't get pumped up at some smack being talked but I was always concerned he was going to draw a flag. He never seemed to for some reason, maybe because he was all american, but he would talk so much trash and taunt so much in such big games that it took the fun out of the big hits.

It's amazing how the perspective can change.
