Words that would describe LG: immoral, sociopath. I am just amazed that he has zero shame for outright lying, and even putting out lame excuses to justify his acts. Only seems to see other people's faults.......
I think the way he dealt with LSU was extraordinarily unprofessional but I think describing him as a sociopath might be a little much.
I would love to see a link quoting her because Tennessee says they talked to her and its not true. What turned grandma off of Orgeron happened during an in-home. How would the school know if Orgeron had alcohol on his breath if it the alleged incident happened after school hours? Im not trying to defend Orgeron or Tenn but I dont think it happened. If it did happen Im told Tenn would fire Orgeron immediately and Kiffin would have no say in the matter. Its mighty serious to accuse someone of drinking on a recruiting visit and the school is obligated to investigate, which they supposedly did.
Exactly how did LSU screw Deangelo Benton? By tying up a scholarship that could have gone to another player for two years while waiting for him to become academically eligible, then to see that loyalty rewarded by taking visits to other SEC schools? OK, I will change it to sociopathic behavior! If you think about what he did, there's more to just being unprofessional. Would you trust someone like that? How can he tell everyone that he wanted his son to keep his word and commitment to LSU when things are quite the opposite? Unbelievable, literally. What does that teach kids, as a coach? I am OK if JJ's heart is not into LSU; he should go where he wants to. It is the way the whole thing is handled that leaves a very bad taste, not just his dad, but Kiffen and O.
That is exactly how I feel. I have no problem with a recruit going elsewhere, its the way Kiffin and co. have shown their @ss so much since he's arrived especially in recruiting. Payback Lane, its coming.
yeah im not one to care all that much when a recruit goes elsewhere. I dont make wild assumptions usually or throw the dude under the bus when it doesnt work out. yet when i read that phone convo it was clear this dude has some problem with LSU and it sounds like the coaches. or his lack of being one possibly. and he doesnt sound all that bright which doesnt bode well for his son in this situation. he could be playing chess with his son's future and hes no bobby fischer.
