Agreed with 95% of that. I quoted your msg, but I know you know your stuff. I was just making a general statement. :thumb: If LSU beats UNC, they will win it all, because UNC is probably the most difficult matchup they have in the entire NCAA. I said this earlier and will say it again. The Magic number for LSU is 65-70. If they can hit that consistently, they will be tough to beat, because they won't give up that much very often. In the previous losses, they gave up 55-60 points, but only scored in the 40s and 30s.
Arizona St. is giving Duke a game. They were only down 3 at the end of the 1st half and now down 9 with 9 minutes to go. I do not want Duke coasting along before they meet us.
we won't see duke. they not in our bracket and def won't get to the Final Four: see: their 3, double-digit losses to UNC and their loss to UConn.
UNC/Duke the same thing. Sorry I got confused there for a second. Anyway Duke is only up 4 with 2 minutes to go.:hihi:
I'll never understand how someone from South Louisiana can be a big UNC, or Duke or whatever fan. That just baffles me.
It's the same as my Red Sox liking. It began as a hatred of Duke, not a liking of UNC. Then it just took off. I am a pretty big MJ fan, too. that don't hurt.
Pros, I understand. Hell, I'm a big Yankee fan. But, colleges are different. There are enough local teams to be a fan of...but, if you're just a bandwagon jumper who takes to a consistent winner, I guess that would explain it.
I am in no way a bandwagon fan. I stood through Bill Gutridge's days and the 10 win seasons under the previous coach (I won't even say his name). I support LSU basketball, but as a kid, they were unavailable to me. I didn't live in BR and they weren't on tv. I wasn't going to cheer for ULL or Nicholls. lol While we're talking band-wagon fans, how many world series titles did the Yankees win?
