just so ya'll know kw got cleared today; deas is going to military school and loadholt is going back to jc. that makes 4 non qualifiers. hopefully this is a one year blimp. i think Murphy is gonna make it also, but nothing official yet.
Has anybody heard if this will effect their pledges to LSU? Are the scholarships going to be held for all these players? I am really wondering if we are still going to get that DB from Texas back after not qualifying. Can other teams recruit them when playing elsewhere for a year?
They can be recruited by other teams while not at LSU. Clemmons will be at LSU though doing coursework, just not on the team for the fall semester, so we don't have to worry about him going elsewhere. 4 non qualifiers in one class is a lot. Saban averaged about 2 per class, and I hope Miles can keep a number close to that, although since everyone qualified from his first class I guess he is averaging 2 per class (except his first class was very small...).

huh im not even a member of tigerbait. sorry. now if i was i would respect mike and not post it anywheres as thats just dicked up. but im not. also if he didn't want it to get out then why post it on the front page. everybody is bitching about the 4 nqs but if you think about it we signed 27 so we knew 2 wouldn't make it for sure. so really we only signed 2 we thought we could get in. deas is going to prep school which is good cause he would have redshirted this year anyways. he sat out his whole senior year because his mom made him due to grades and you can't do that and expect to play as a freshman. I think military school will be good for him and that we will still get him afterwards. I could be wrong though. I don't think we will ever see loadholt or teague playing here.
DandyDon is saying that it is a good thing that Deas will get some reps in at a prep school and we dont need him this year anyway. He expects Deas and Clemmons to resign in December in time for Spring workouts. My fear was to lose that DB from Texas, Teague. Dandy believes that him and Loadholt will never wear purple and gold. We actually needed Loadbolt more than the other 3 players. But I cant wait to see Deas play.
