Krag comments on QBs last night @ Lod Cook

    good read on the Krag philosophy

    Kragthorpe offensive philosophy refresher | Eric Crawford

    instead of having a ton of formations like Crowton, he wants to have a much smaller number of formations, but be able to run a variety plays out of each of them so the opposing DC doesn't know what's coming. this is consistent with everything else i've read about what to except from Krag's offense

    and he talks a lot about how important it is to identify your best guys during spring practice and then design your offense around them

    This all makes a lot of sense. Jefferson's no gunslinger. He's not going to lob 45-yd bombs to receivers in stride. But creating a lot of activity in the backfield could give a front 7 fits trying to figure out what to commit to.
