Hate to hear that. The guy's a beast, no doubt. Was a big reason for their success last year and damn if he didn't give me fits of rage watching our defense try to stop him last season.

As much as he'll be missed, if I'm not mistaken, Davis came out of no where for Arkansas--like a diamond in the rough, so I'm sure they will have someone else ready during his recovery time.

Hope he has a speedy recovery though.

    Ouch.

The starter at QB with no experience is saying WTF. His safety blanket is gone.

couple of arky buddies say Ronnie Wingo will step right in...I'm not so sure...either way, I wish Knile Davis the best, that sucks....evidently a good portion of his college career he's been injured

Has anybody heard anything about the severity? They were throwing the name Tyrone Prothro around on the radio yesterday.

Dandy Don thinks he'll be back in time for the LSU game. Is that possible?

Ouch, don't even want to think about that one. That was a career-ender. Hope they're overreacting.

Prothro's was nasty. They were saying Davis was 'likely out for the season' so I don't think it's as severe.

I believe Arkansas has a RB that used to start before Kniles Davis took over last year. Either way it's a step down for their run game.

Arkansas fans around here are saying it's a complete break, not a hairline fracture or anything like that. Most are doubtful he'll even be back for the LSU game. Looking more and more like a medical hardship. Most are pissed saying his durability stinks.
