I was questioning why the first two people to post in the thread were in awe of the skillset of the killer.
Killing by knife has happened on more than a few occasions in Japan. But yeah, old people's home in the middle of the night? Weak. The thing about knives is that they very seldom jam, are much easier to aim and you can buy one just about anywhere that sells frying pans. Perhaps Japan needs more stringent knife control laws. A baseball bat, while harder to conceal, is just as lethal as a knife. When knives and baseball bats are outlawed, only outlaws will have knives and baseball bats. That's all I got. Konnichiwa.
