Amazingly enough, their fans seem content to follow him over the cliff. I can't wait and wish I knew more Vol fans so I could laugh in their face when it inevitably happens.
I have a few relatives from Tennessee, and were canonized as Tenn fans long ago, and all they do is praise him. I guess they just have the "new car" phenomenon- crazy bout having something new for awhile, then start b!tching about how your old one was better.
Unfortunately for these blind faith fans, their captain will not go down with the ship and the crew has already started to bail.
see this brings me to the other thread about The U. If LSU went through a stretch like the late 90's, 5 win seasons, 4 win seasons, would LSU fans want to sell their soul to get back into the discussion nationally?
After reading the posts here, and using the TF as a representative sample of LSU fans, I'd say it would be a mixed vote that could be argued either way. Several would believe in keeping a guy that won almost all the time and keeping quiet about his antics off-field. But, the same group would be ready to crucify him when he started to lose or p!ss off "the wrong people."
I know...and then there are all those LSU fans who want Tebow's cell no. I'd rather make her little cell phone ring off the hook.:hihi:.
