And the probation will also be a compliment... that the NCAA had to step in to slow the Kiffin machine.

You mean when the NCAA bestows upon Tennessee it's highest honor?

Today on the sports reporters they said Kiffin is quickly becoming the Jerry Tarkanian of college football. They were right minus all the wins Jerry had. Kiffin has to be the biggest moron in college football history. I hope he keeps thumbing his nose at the NCAA. The Vol nation is going to be in for a big surprise when the hammer comes down on them. Doesn't matter if you're innocent or guilty, disrespect the NCAA and they will show you vengeance.

75% of the fan base is following Kiffin like the pied piper. They actually believe the drivel Kiffin is pushing about all this publicity being good for Tennessee. They also think the rest of the SEC is scared of Tennessee and especially Urban Meyer. Their justification for what Kiffin has said and done is really comical.

I cant imagine a program being scared of Tennessee right now. They appear to be an imminent train wreck. People are just waiting for it to happen, not scared of what Kiffin will do to their respective programs. They are a national punching bag of laughter as the sports public looks on in amazement at the idiocy. Somehow this is supposed to be good for Tennessee? NCAA investigations are "compliments"? Kiffin has put Tennessee back on the map alright but not in a good way. Their reputation gets ground in the dirt more and more each time another one of these sensational stories comes out yet they think Tennessee is becoming more well known with all the publicity. What delusion.

Vol fans are going to be disappointed because the Kiffin era will not end well. The rest of the country will be collectively saying "we told ya so" while they were blindly embracing a punk who has no business coaching in the SEC.

The vol fan base can thank him when he has UT under scholarship penalties and 4 years without a bowl game... bama remembers those years pretty well, maybe Kiffen should ask them how well that turned out.

No doubt Kiffin has displayed a, shall we say, "different" approach to the media, Not sure it spells trouble.

Bama's on their second probation this decade and are looking forward to a chance for their first BCS championship.... some penalty.

Then there's us, the fans who wish doom on most everyone else's success. Ah, to go back and count all the posts on how Meyer's Utah offense would never work in the SEC.

    Damn that man!

Actually, that worked out pretty well.

Bama fans put up with 4 years of probation to get to their BCSCG and our fans can't even put up with 9 win seasons.
