Yep, sounds like a winner huh? mettenberger just ran it efficiently. Remember him throwing to the tight end? Yeah me either. It was all WR's, and most of them on the sidelines and long crossing routes.
Mettenberger had the tools to be better than a lot of current starting QBs in the NFL today. Feel sorry for him too. He should have kept his nose clean at Georgia, no doubt. But he sure didn't get what he needed to make the most of his second chance.
Both Coordinators need fired and the ST coach. Then if the next set of coordinators don't get it done Miles should be the next domino. to fall.
if Miles survives another year (and he will), all 3 coordinators will be back, mark my word Yes, even Peveto Then you can simply write off 2016 as a catastrophe.
nope, I'm being realistic 2008, someone (admin/prominent boosters) probably forced his hand on getting rid of the two headed dufus DC not sure if Peveto's ineptitude will cause something similar to happen this year, I tend to doubt it since it's 'only' special teams Steele is definitely going nowhere.
Steele should have never been hired. He can't coach defense for shit. He can't coach period. He will just lead us further into shambles than we already are. He was 1-31 in the BIG 12 in four years as Head Coach at Baylor. No great DC gives up 70 points in a Bowl game like he did sorry. Whether people choose to like it or not the guy simply is inept at coaching
Disagree on Peveto. His work has been such a monumental steaming pile of fail that there's no way Les can justify keeping him. Especially with all the short fields ST has given up. I also think the AD will balk at extending Cameron's contract for that kind of money for the kind of results we've been seeing.
