I think he looks more like Turk (Donald Faison) from the show Scrubs.

 

That's what I was thinking when I saw him.

 

All he needs is a white friend and a stuffed dog from the taxidermist and he could be a body double.

 

My brother said the same thing except he referenced "the guy from Clueless", which of course is the same guy.
